The Mastermind concept was inspired by Hill's many conversations with the highly successful businessman, Andrew Carnegie, who attributed his entire fortune and success to his Mastermind group.

Surfing till 100 is a mighty goal, a goal so great that we believe a Private Master Mind Coaching Group will be a great asset for those desiring to achieve it.

A mastermind group is simply a meeting of highly motivated folks who share a common goal and are looking to encourage and help each other improve.   

Our Private Mastermind Coaching Group is designed with this understanding:

We all know that throughout our lives we have built deep programming in our Minds.

We know them as habits and they are thoughts, buried away in our subconscious, and they form our character and that determines the circumstances that we experience in life.

Basic common sense right?

Now many of these Habits that we operate on are built on culture.

We have accepted them from the general reality of the cultures that we have experienced at home, work, relationships and society and these habits are what is hindering us all from achieving the dreams we deserve.

Our Private Mastermind Coaching Group focuses on a “Basic” approach to using “Culture”, Agreements, Accountability and the Power of our Mastermind Team with our skills to help the new member vigilantly create the character that manifests the circumstances for their dreams to become a reality.

We are not Psychologists and if one is having deep psychological issues you definitely need to see a professional psychologist.

We are Coaches and our experience comes from a vast wealth of knowledge that we have gained from the development of the Mind, Heart and Lifestyles of Champions for over 210 years combined.

We are not 20 year old Life Coaches that took a weekend course. We are graduates from the “School of Hard Knocks” and our records show it.

We are accepting a few individuals this year into our Private Coaching Mastermind group.

It’s not for everyone as those we accept will be working with Felipe, Jeff and Tom directly here in Hawaii and via the internet.

We will only work with committed individuals that need and want ‘To Surf Till 100”.

People who want to grow into being greater Champions of their life and the lives of others.

Understand this, upon completion of the program, that we will develop with you, we will consider your being a member of our very limited Mastermind Mentoring Group wherein you will be assisting others that enter into our Mastermind Coaching Group.

The big picture is this Felipe, Jeff and Tom have a big dream of positively influencing the circumstances that humanity and our planet are facing and we are counting on the Mastermind group that we are developing to help make it a reality.

Application and Introduction

1. Send us an E-Mail at contact@surftill100.com and in the header type Mastermind Coaching Group. In the body of the E Mail just write in "Please send me Information on your Mastermind Coaching Group". We will respond with more information about the program.

2. After receiving that information and If you are committed to taking another step you will be asked to fill out an application and submit an application fee of $500.00. The purpose of this is to help us both know that we are serious about taking another step and we will gather the information that we need to help you on your Journey as we will be customizing our program for each person accepted.

3. You will be interviewed upon our reviewing and accepting your application. After our initial interview If either of us feel it is not a good fit we will gladly refund the $500.00 USD application fee.

This is a very special group that we are building and we are only accepting a small number of people that we feel are a good fit to accomplish the goals of the group that they will be a part of.
